A UNIQUE three-bed house in a Scots street has hit the market for £160,000 – but it holds an incredible secret.
The semi-detached home in Arbroath, Angus, looks just like any other in the street.

But on closer inspection, the real difference becomes clear.
That’s because the property comes with its own POLICE STATION – and it looks exactly how the bobbies left it.
The first of its three bedrooms appears to be the old reception of a Police Scotland station.
But bizarrely, the room – which still boasts original strip lighting, windows and flooring – has been fitted with a bed and a weights bench to make it seem almost like a gym.

Its owners have even thrown in a set of dumbbells and a fridge into the unusual property which would have once processed nicked locals.
The original police noticeboard still hangs out the front of the reception area.
Another image shows a double bed mattress that has been rammed in next to a sink.
Wooden cabinets are visible on the wall and appear to be the old kitchen where the old bill would have rustled up cups of tea and gobbled down biscuits.
However, despite the bedding, neither of these rooms have been classed as bedrooms.
The property also boasts three bathrooms under its roof – and two of them appear totally unaltered from their days as a cop shop.
One person claimed the station’s cell is visible in a 3D tour, but there are no pictures of this.
In comparison to the bizarre extension the remainder of the property is somewhat normal.
The kitchen is modern and offers a flash cooker, washing machine and dishwasher.

While the living room has light flooding through the windows – a feature wall with smart patterned wallpaper, a swish carpet and couch complete the space.
Three bedrooms can be found upstairs, all of similar size.
While a modern bathroom fitted with a large heated towel rail and shower can be accessed from all three rooms.
Property agents Purple Bricks listed the home last week (7 APR), writing: “Police house offers excellent accommodation over two floors, a bright spacious lounge with the kitchen offering modern wall and base units and complimentary worktops and separate utility room.”
The property has also caught the eye of intrigued social media users who offered their thoughts about the unique property.

One person wrote: “A three-bed semi-detached house, all very normal looking, except the former police station attached out front.”
Another person chimed: “Gutted they don’t show you inside the cell, but the door does appear to be there in the 3D virtual tour.
