The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of two Rochester men following an investigation into stolen property from the Bed, Bath & Beyond store on April 5 and 20.
According to a press release, Carlos Chavez, 40, and Jerry Bradley, 37, were arrested after reporting shoplifting at the store.
Upon investigation, the two were found to have stolen over $800 worth of merchandise.
Chavez was charged with petty theft and released. Bradley was charged with petty theft and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police say Bradley has also been released.
