The training module is still interactive and offers the opportunity to hear a voiceover introduction from NBF CEO Jessica Alexander and complementary videos on mattress filling, the importance of stocking NBF approved brands and an explainer video on what NBF is and does. to watch.
Simon Williams, Head of Marketing and Membership at NBF, says: “We would like to encourage all companies in the UK bedding industry to include this free course in their staff induction process. It’s packed with useful information that’s especially helpful for newcomers and enables a quick start into the wonderful world of beds.”
