Aaliya Siddiqui’s advocate has alleged in a statement that the actor and his family have not provided her with food, a bed, and a bath in the last seven days.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui‘s advocate has alleged that the actor and his family have not provided her with ‘food, bed, bathroom to take bath’.
In a statement, advocate Rizwan Siddiquee said, “Mr Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family members did everything possible to remove my client Mrs Aaliya Siddiqui from the house. They filed an untenable criminal complaint of trespass against her. Thereafter, through the police they threatened to arrest her and were calling her each day to the police station, after sunset,” Hindustan Times reported.
He further added that the police officials did not protect Aaliya’s rights. “Whilst, I do not want to directly attribute the actions and the failures of the police department to them, yet the fact remains that no police officer ever came to protect my clients’ rights, even when her modesty was insulted before the police officers. Not only her relationship with Mr Nawazuddin Siddiqui was questioned before the police officer, but even the legitimacy of the minor son was questioned. Yet the police officer did not act on the written complaint given by my client under Section 509 of IPC,” the advocate added in his statement.
Rizwan said that Siddiqui and his family has ‘posted innumerable male bodyguards’ all around his client and have also installed CCTV cameras where she is currently being put up. He further alleged that the actor and his family also created obstacles for Rizwan and his team when they attempted to get Aaliya’s signatures for the court cases.
Earlier, Aaliya had claimed that she was being harassed at her home. Her allegations came after Nawazuddin’s mother filed a complaint against her over a property dispute. Aaliya, who is reportedly Nawazuddin’s second wife, is currently staying at the actor’s Andheri house. She shares two children with the actor, Yaani and Shora.
