Narayana Hrudayalaya partners Ritesh Properties to build 225-bed hospital in Ludhiana

New Delhi, December 3 (PTI) Healthcare provider Narayana Hrudayalaya has partnered with Ritesh Properties and Industries to build a 225-bed multiple hospital in Ludhiana, Punjab.
According to a joint statement by the two companies, the hospital would be built on the Ludhiana-Chandigarh motorway.
The hospital spans 2 square feet and is expected to be operational by 2024.
“At Narayana we believe in making the best healthcare facilities affordable for all. With this vision we are building our new multi-specialty hospital in Ludhiana. We are excited to partner with Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd on the project,” said Narayana Hrudayalaya Northern Region Director Navneet Bali.
Ritesh Properties and Industries Managing Director Sanjeev Arora stated that the company partnered with Narayana Hrudayalaya with a vision of making healthcare affordable and accessible to all.
“We believe this project has opened doors for various future partnerships with Narayana Hrudayalaya that will strengthen our vision to provide high quality, affordable health care to everyone,” he added
The sheer size of this project will act as a catalyst and help create more jobs as well as build a full ecosystem that will enable the overall development of the river basins, Arora said.
Ritesh Properties and Industries Ltd (RPIL) has a presence in the real estate and fashion industries.
Based in Bengaluru, Narayana Hrudayalaya was founded in 2000 by Devi Prasad Shetty. It is one of the leading healthcare providers in India, operating a chain of multi-specialized, tertiary and primary healthcare facilities. PTI-MSS
