Mount Carmel makes plans for 60-bed hospital

The Mount Carmel Health System, based in Columbus, Ohio, plans to build a 190,000 square foot hospital with 60 beds and an outpatient center in Dublin, Ohio. The Columbus disposition reported on December 9th.

The health system will submit an application for reallocation and a preliminary development plan to the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission.

The first phase would begin with a 140,000 square meter, three-story hospital with 30 beds and 50,000 square meters of doctor’s offices. Finally, the hospital will be expanded by 50,000 square meters and a fourth floor and the doctor’s offices with 40,000 square meters.
