MBA admissions close today, CET 2nd counseling starts from October

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): College-level advice for admission to MBA courses offered by B schools across the state ends Monday.

Students who have not yet been able to get admission keep their fingers crossed. Should they still not get admission to B-Schools, they either have to take a break this year or have taken a joint entrance test of the DAVV, can appear for the second round of further training advice from Tuesday.

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has left no indication of an extension of the CLC date.

However, the DTE had previously extended the appointment by five days.

The original deadline for the CLC round was October 20th, but has been extended by five days in response to student requests.

DTE held two rounds of online consultation for admission to the MBA and the third round, ie the CLC round, began on October 18.

The CLC round was supposed to end on October 20th. Many students turned to DTE and said that the time window for the CLC round was very small and should be expanded.

On Monday, the DHE issued a notice that the CLC round would last until October 25th.

2nd Further training advice for 600 vacancies

In the second round of further training advice, almost 600 free places in self-financing courses will be filled by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV).

The new registration for the second round of consultations ended on Saturday at midnight. According to the information, around 400 students who had completed further training but had not registered for the initial consultation registered for the second round. Those who had already registered for the first consultation round did not have to register again.

CET coordinator Kanhaiya Ahuja said the second round of consultations will take place from October 26-29.

He explained that initially all students in the reserved category will be called for free places. “If quota seats remain vacant after deliberating candidates for reserved categories, the vacant seats will be converted to another category in accordance with government policy of the state,” he added.

Last day to pay B.Ed fees today

Students who have been allocated a place in the BEd degree program in an additional central online consultation service but have not yet paid the fee for the confirmation of admission should act now. Monday is the last date for paying the fees for the BEd, MEd, BPEd and MPEd courses. The provisional admission of students who do not pay any fees by Monday 5:00 p.m. will be canceled.
