Man Charged With Murder In Bed-Stuy Double Shooting, Cops Say

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN – A 26-year-old man was arrested in the double shootout that killed Jermaine Hill-Cross earlier this fall, according to police.

Rahmell Howell, who lives in Red Hook, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a gun for the September murder late last week, police said.

His arrest comes almost two months after Hill-Cross, 23, was found shot in the chest on the afternoon of September 10 at Clifton Place. He was taken to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
