The Infosys Foundation, the philanthropic and CSR arm of Infosys, announced on Wednesday that it has inaugurated an “Infosys Foundation Block” with 350 beds here on the grounds of Jayadeva Hospital. The block, which was built by the foundation at a cost of Rs. 103 billion, will be equipped with critical heart care equipment and free treatment for disadvantaged patients, a statement said.
It was inaugurated by Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in the virtual presence of the Chair of the Infosys Foundation, Sudha Murty.
