I tried the Renpho Eye Massager and it’s the perfect way to relax before bed

Many people find it difficult to fall asleep – I am one of them.

No matter how tired I am, I am often wide awake as soon as my head hits the pillow.

I’ve spent many evenings turning back and forth trying to drift away (much to my partner’s horror) and often ending up on my phone trying to relax.

The Renpho eye massager is designed to relieve stress and can be very relaxing.

It has five modes that offer different combinations of air pressure, heat, vibration and music.

The massager is described as providing relief from eye strain, eye puffiness, dry eyes, and more.

Be relaxed

The first thing I noticed when my eye massager arrived was how expensive it looked.

It really looks like high end tech.

However, I was surprised to find out that it retails for £ 52.99 (it is currently on sale here on Amazon Black Friday sales this week).

The first impression alone really impressed me.

I decided the best time to test it was when I was suffering from the symptoms it is supposed to be aimed at.

It happened just before I went to bed.

The massager is adjustable for all head sizes so you can easily get comfortable.

It’s pretty hard, but once I relaxed it wasn’t a problem.

When I heard the Dyson Airwrap had been sent to me to try out, I was a little overwhelmed.

Dyson Airwraps were the only product that made a big splash in the beauty industry with its incredibly innovative technology that we had never seen before.

The Dyson Airwrap Complete Set contains everything you need for a curly, smooth or wavy look. So I was so excited to unpack it and try it out.

The Dyson Airwrap Styler, for the full kit priced at £ 449.99, has kegs to curl or waves and brushes for smoothing and volume – and with that I was able to test out the first piece of the kit – the 40mm keg.

I pressed the main button on the side and my massage began.

There are a couple of buttons that set the mode and whether you’ve turned on music.

After a few tries I decided that my personal preference is warmth, air pressure and music.

The air pressure is what I found gave me the best massage.

The only downside, however, is that it is quite noisy.

The music – which is super relaxing – helped to muffle the noise a bit, but not entirely.

Once you are properly settled in, you will be less aware of the sound and it will not ruin the experience.

I really enjoyed the heat too. That made me really comfortable, which was great for before bed.

The only setting I don’t like is the vibration.

Personally I found this setting too much, but if you want a deeper massage I can see the benefits.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Renpho eye massager.

It helped me switch off and relax before bed.

For the money I find it very good value for money and think it would make a great Christmas present for people who work hard and / or spend a lot of time looking at screens.
