Few days left to apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test at ctet.nic.in

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) closes the application process for the 15. The final application deadline is October 25, 2021. Applicants can apply via the official website ctet.nic.in. Candidates can go through the detailed information below.

CTET 2021 eligibility criteria:

Teacher (for grade IV) (primary level):

Upper secondary school (or equivalent) with at least 50% grades and passed or appear in the last year of the two-year diploma in elementary education (whatever the name is) OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% grades and passed or appearing in the final year of the two-year diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name) OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% grades and passed or appears in the final year of the four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed). OR

Upper secondary level (or equivalent) with at least 50% grades and passed or in the last year of the two-year diploma in education (special education) OR

Degree with at least 50% grades and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Teacher (for grades VI-VIII) (basic level)

Graduated and passed or appear in the last year of the two-year diploma in elementary education (by whatever name it is known) OR

Graduation with at least 50% grades and passed or appearing one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR

Graduation with at least 45% grades and passed or appearing one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the respectively issued NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) regulations OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% grades and passed or appears in the last year of the four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% grades and passed or in the last year of the four-year BA / B.Sc.Ed or BAEd / B.Sc.Ed. OR

Graduation with at least 50% grades and passed or appearance in the one-year B.Ed. (Special training) OR

Any candidate with a qualified B.Ed program recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear on the TET / CTET.

Registration fee: Pay the exam fee by Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking or Canara Bank e-Challan

For Gen / OBC (only paper I or II): 1000 / –

For Gen / OBC (both paper I and II): 1200 / –

For SC / ST / other disabled people (only paper I or II): 500 / –

For SC / ST / people with different disabilities (both papers I and II) 600 / –

CTET December 2021 CBT exam date: December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022

Selection process: The selection would be based on a written test (CBT). The CTET exam consists of objective multiple choice questions (MCQs).
