Environmental awareness prog held in MCE

Aurangabad, December 2nd:

The Marathwada College of Education (MCE) organized a “Go Green Club” environmental awareness program for sophomore B Ed students on Saturday under the banner of “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav”.

Dr. Mirza Mahfooz Baig gave a talk on “Avoid using single-use plastic. He gave the students analytical guidance on how to control pollution. Responsible director Dr. Naveed Us Saher directed the program.

As part of the cleanliness campaign, the students cleaned the premises in front of the two buildings of the college and presented posters on the topics of environmental protection, ways of preventing water and soil pollution, waste management, sustainability and technology, reducing CO2 emissions, and climate change. on this occasion.

Trees have also been planted on the school grounds. Go Green Club coordinator Dr. Khan Zeenat Muzaffar, all teaching and non-teaching staff at MCE worked hard to make the event a success.
