Discrepancy in Scores? Here’s How to File Your Complaint

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has encouraged candidates to register if they have complaints regarding their results in the Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) -2021. A candidate can submit their complaint on the RBSE official website at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.

According to the education committee, candidates who have appeared for REET 2021 can submit their complaints until November 13th.

REET Exam Coordinator and Chief Executive Officer of Rajasthan DP Jarauli said, “The formula of 90:10 will be applied in the final merit list. That means 90 percent of the grades will be deducted from the REET 2021 exam and 10 percent from the academic degree. On the basis of the grades, the government will make appointments. “

Approximately 16,51,812 students took the REET 2021 exam at 4,019 centers across the state. The exam was conducted on September 26th in two sessions – 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. To prevent fraud or the use of improper means, more than 30,000 video surveillance devices have been installed in exam centers.

Several incidents of fraud and paper leaks have been reported from across the state. Police and vigilante groups arrested up to 40 people, including police officers, and more than two dozen others for using unfair means during REET-2021. During the investigation, five people were said to have been found wearing slippers equipped with Bluetooth devices connected to a SIM card. The police also arrested several other bogus candidates from different counties.

The REET exam is conducted for the recruitment of 3rd or 3rd grade government teachers. The exam is carried out in two stages. Level 1 for hiring teachers in grades 1 through 5 and level 2 for teachers in grades 6 through 8. There are around 31,000 public school teacher positions throughout Rajasthan. Depending on the cut-off, the candidates are suitable for the position for the next two years.
