In the footsteps of CBSE, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has postponed the joint entrance exam for the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) 2020.
Over 1.8 lakh candidates had registered for the 2020 Bihar D.El.Ed exam, which was scheduled for March 28th. The revised date of the test will be published by the BSEB shortly.
BSEB Chairman Anand Kishor said: “The joint entrance exam for Bihar D.El.Ed 2020 will be postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With 1.81 lakh candidates signed up for the exam, the centers will see a large crowd. For this reason, we are postponing the exam taking into account people’s health and safety. The changed date will be announced shortly. “
Every year the BSEB conducts the joint D.El.Ed entrance examination for admission to all private and state universities in Bihar.
The question paper consists of 150 multiple choice questions and is answered in OMR sheets. Each question is given three points, while one grade is deducted for each incorrect answer.
