Designed by Zproekt Architecture and developed by Broadway Stockton LLC, the structure yields 81 residences and 13,089 square feet of commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 25 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,680 to $187,330.

Units come equipped with large bedrooms, dishwashers, name-brand appliances, countertops, and finishes, smart controls for heating/cooling, intercoms, and private patios or balconies for select residences. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 18, 2022.
