Designed by Z Architecture and developed by Tower Real Estate Investments, the structure yields 46 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 14 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,858 to $167,570.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, common area wifi, gym, elevator, and rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with washers and dryers, dishwashers, name-brand appliances and finishes, and air conditioning.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are six studios with a monthly rent of $1,950 for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $124,150; six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,175 for incomes ranging from $74,572 to $139,620; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,450 for incomes ranging from $84,000 to $167,570.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 9, 2022.
