The affordable housing lottery has started for 1111 Fulton Street, a seven-story mixed-use building in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by ND Architecture & Design, the structure offers seven residences. Six units are available on NYC Housing Connect for residents with 130 percent of the median income of the area (AMI), with an eligible income ranging from $ 70,286 to $ 167,570.
The residents have access to a shared laundry room and bicycle storage room. The units have air conditioning and branded appliances and finishes.
130 percent of the AMI has two studios with monthly rent of $ 2,050 for incomes between $ 70,286 and $ 124,150; two one-bedroom apartments with a monthly rent of $ 2,300 for incomes between $ 78,858 and $ 139,620; and two-bedroom, two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $ 2,700 for incomes between $ 92,572 and $ 167,570.
Prospective tenants must meet the income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be submitted by postmark or online by December 31, 2021 at the latest.
