Work on an 88-bed student program in Nottingham City is slated to begin after real estate consultancy Box Property brokered a purchase agreement on behalf of Megaclose Properties for the purchase of 7 Mansfield Road, Nottingham.
The 21,000 m², six-story former office building, which was built in late 1960, is located next to the Victoria Center and the 250 m² campus in the city center of Nottingham Trent University. The building permit for the project was obtained in September.

The news comes based on another recent purchase by Box Property on behalf of Megaclose of a retail unit in Goosegate, Hockley. The specialist for student living is planning to expand the upper floors into a 27-bed building.
